In my life I was confronted with a lot of anxiety lately; a serious illness, not being able to work, and a divorce. Which led to many confronting emotional issues. With the work we did you truly helped me to take a deep and sincere look at these issues.
I still remember some of the issues that blocked me in my daily wellbeing: anxiety, fear, loneliness, abandoned. Just to name a few. With guided processes we worked on these issues and cleared them.
Now, some time later I am happy to tell you that I feel a lot better because of the work we did. Once again I am now able to meet my emotional issues eye to eye and able to accept my emotions. Which of course results in a happier and more balanced life.

I have been working with Navolina for the past 3 months. Deep healing work with her is amazing and intense.
During the sessions I got in touch with my younger versions, helped those versions, consoled them, & empowered them. I can sense them anytime whenever I see myself in the mirror with the sparkling diamond eyes. Now I am always connected to them.
I healed from so many intense traumas of my past. Earlier I was always in some fear, that something bad would happen to me. From my childhood I always sensed that extreme bad will happen with me. I was always into the self doubt, self criticism & self punishment mode. With the help of Navolina I overcame those patterns and those unknown fears. Now I got to know myself better.
I had the limiting beliefs that ‘I am ugly, I am not at all good enough, that nothing good can ever happen to me’ & now post the sessions I have started falling in love with myself, & it also comes out so loudly as compliments from other people!
My physical health has also started improving as we continued the healing journey and my diabetes blood sugar levels have improved tremendously.
After the sessions there is a positive shift in my personal relationships. I am able to understand my son’s emotional needs from a new perspective. I now share a deep intimate relationship with my husband. The conversations with my father are more open. There is more connection in my relationships.
Navolina also helped me to come out of my abundance blocks. I overcame my creativity blocks, & the money blocks. Before I was feeling that I will never again be able to earn independently. After the sessions, magically within a month one opportunity came to me without me doing any effort. It was literally ‘Magic’ that happened to me. Universe showered magic to me. Magically I got the idea, & I worked on it, & I got the sources of regular income.

I came to Navolina with social anxiety problem. After a couple of coaching and therapy sessions using holistic healing techniques, I had an experience where most of my anxiety disappeared overnight. I further continued with some more sessions with Navolina.
Earlier I was an extreme introvert and now I can talk to others, and also discuss my earlier anxiety issue with them. I can talk to total strangers like shopkeepers and buy items based on my requirements. I was not comfortable in doing this which was limiting my life. Overall I am less anxious without any effort. It is like a limitation I have felt for many years was simply an illusion!
